It's Lent Season, So All The Restaurants Have Fish Dishes

We tried a nice fish sandwich today at Jagger's and it was pretty good. The fish was bigger than the bun, which is always a good thing. It came with coleslaw, pickles, and tartar sauce on a bun but I had them leave off the coleslaw and I ate mine without the bun. I don't do bread or buns due to carbs. The other places we go are also offering new seafood and fish dishes for Lent. Have you noticed that where you live too?

Too early for them to start food for Lent, but most restaurant will do this during good friday, and most fridays.

I saw a BBQ place in Mississippi that mentioned that it has fish, but Friday only.

I don't think we do Lent. Is Fish especially relevant at Lent I know nothing about it
