Surprised.

Good evening.
I haven't done this in a while, but George asked me for it. For the first time in at least a year, George asked me to cook up hamburger and he actually ate it with little issue. I didn't mind doing it, but he actually surprised me. The cut wasn't our favorite, but it worked and I feel fine. George had to change his shirt, though. But, things aren't near as bad as they could've been.
I just wanted to share it before I forgot. I'm so proud of George and I don't mind using the stove if it means helping him.

That sounds great. He asked for some food and ate it reasonably well. That's a good sign.

Yeah. I still have the mess to clean up, but I'm actually glad for it.

Oh, that’s such a blessing that he’s interested in different food AND ate it reasonably well!!!

Yes. It'd been over a year since we've tried, and it turned out okay.

Good for George having that hamburger. What kind of ground meat do you usually buy?

The ground chuck from Publix, but we can get it from Walmart or Winn-dixie in a pintch.
