I read this book a while ago, it is about how the US Government know a few days about the Yom Kippur War, but chose not to alert Israel.
The author and I shared a cup of coffee today, he served with the NSA in the 1970's and only now is he allowed to publish.
Even my mother liked the book, and she is 89!

Now I heard a rumour about this years ago
The war was in 1973,
I thought that the US Government knowing what was going to happen was simply Israeli paranoia
But given the build up of forces at the time it is hard to believe that Golda Meir and Moshe Dayan and Israeli intelligence didn't know exactly what was going to happen

This book give ALL the details and this situation might be part of the reason for the current war that the USA and Israel are together on it.

I don't know what hold Israel has on America , but the sooner it stops the better
