I set up the new tabletop ice maker we bought today and it worked out great. I put the finished ice in the freezer and gave a scoop to George. In the morning I'll see if the ice froze to itself or not. I briefuly thought about reclaiming the freezer space, but then realized the ice basket it comes with for the broken ice maker is still useable and well worth it. From the looks of it, the tabletop ice maker will make two baskets of ice, possibly more if I go for the smaller cubes.
George hasn't decided if he wants dinner or not, but that's okay, because the kitchen is a hot mess right now. I have a lot more clean up to do if it's going to be fuctional, but I'm making it work the best that I can.

That reminds me to have the new lady make some ice so that the ice maker doesn't freeze up. I never use any ice. I should just shut it off.

Grandma took the kids to mexican food. Chris and I had mcdonalds while we were out and about. It wasn't very good.

We wound up eating checkers in the parking lot because BK was slow as snails and drivers behind us were getting impatient. Hell, George was talking to the speaker, but no one was answering. Because we had cold food in the back, we went to checkers instead.

@kaylachan I wish we had a Checkers closer. I love the french fires they have. Walmart sells them in the freezer section, so I get them sometimes.
Theyve closed all but one BK near us.

We usually just put water in an ice cube tray on a shelf in the freezer
