Is remote work the future of jobs?

I don't know if it just me or not, it's has been hard to find jobs online now. It was more easier before. Now that people have known how to use AI, the chances are slim. I am a manager, in an office that deals with Venture Capital Documents, and it's an office based. I've tried looking for freelance job, but freelance jobs don't have job security like hmo, and they coincide with my main job hours. Even there is alot of jobs available, it's been difficult to apply, since workers in upwork for example tend to offer their services for a much lower price Do you think that remote work is the future of jobs?
