I had an unusual breakfast in that I ate plant butter on my toast. I also had Chesapeake Bay seasoning and pepper on my eggs. I have had plant butter before and it's good .but it has been a long time. I liked the eggs and the toast, but something is wrong with this bacon..it doesn't cook right I cooked in the microwave once and it took forever, and in the pan..it mostly burned instead of cooking .I hate to do it, but I may have to throw the rest of it out, or maybe I will cook the rest in the microwave and just keep the edible pieces. What did you have for breakfast?
