A lizard gets trapped inside the refrigerator

As I opened the lower door of the fridge, something immediately fell into the inside. I looked and saw the lizard running . When I took all the stuff out of the ref to drive it out, i noticed there is a big gap inside the cooling system. The lizard must have gone through the gap and must have hidden there. If it is indeed. Then it might pose a problem. I don't think it is safe for that thing to get trapped in there for too long. I am hoping it would find its way out if I just let the door open. I am considering calling technicican if I can't get it out
