George and I have been up a couple of hours. I
've already started the laundry had something to eat, and George has had her meds. It's been a distracting morning, too.Some truck thing was parked out front for a while and I was so unfocused. But, at least George's not on the couch, yet. He has, however, gotten me to adjust almost all the clocks in the house that need adjusting. Except the kitchen.
We kinda overslept because of the time change, but we got stuff done.

I haven't changed the two non electronic clocks, but i did all the other ones.
I need to go switch laundry before I get sucked into myLot for hte next several hours.

Ioverslept last night, too. I was so tired to get up at 5 a.m. as I usually do..My wife was going to wake me up, but my father asked him to let me sleep. When I got up, it was 12.40 p.m. and my father was managing the shop. I was ashamed.

Don't ever feel ashamed for taking care of yourself. Especially, since that's what your body and father wanted. If there was a problem, he would've gotten you or had someone do it.

@kaylachan Thank you. I felt ashamed, because my father who is over 80, was working hard at the shop and I was sleeping. My father understands it.
