My niece works at the coffee shop that I frequent (she was a regular customer first). A few years ago, she trained a girl who really hit it off with us. She became a friend of ours and our other friend, and we’d even participate in Trivia Night together. Unfortunately, she and her husband moved to Ohio last summer. We all hung out before she moved (we went to Dave & Busters and got food), and we still keep in touch. I even sent her and her husband a Christmas card last year. WELL, she informed us yesterday that she’s coming to town next week! Aaaah, I’m so excited to see her! She’ll be getting into town on March 22nd, but we’ll be hanging out on March 23rd, and yes, I plan to take off work if need be. So far, we plan to get some food from the restaurant where we play Yahtzee. They have good food, and I’m totally planning to put some money on the side for the crab pretzel. It’s nearly $20, but it’s huge. We’ll be going out around dinner time. I’m not sure if we’re doing anything else, but we have a little over a week to figure it out, so it’s all good. But I’m so excited! I was hoping she’d be able to come visit this year!

It's so good! What's funny is, I don't eat a lot of seafood. But I LOVE crab dip. I tried it once because it was the appetizer we got at a restaurant, and the rest is history. And thank you! I'm so excited to see her!
