It's gone...

...for the time being.
My case worker did finally come, so I had my chat with her, then it was closing in on one o clock, and I mentioned that I was supposed to go and get my phone fixed, and she offered to drive me over.
Once there I showed the guy my phone and explained how I needed it for work, and also that it was a government phone, etc. He said I could wait for them to order and install the parts, (which he said would take until next Friday) or I could go and buy a new phone (he said, "at Target") and just put my sim card in it.
I've been confused enough this week, and couldn't think of what may have been the better option--especially since my phone had come from a government program and I didn't know what they would do if I put my sim card in a phone that didn't come from them....
I finally decided to let the guy keep it there while he waited for the parts to fix it. It wasn't doing me any good having it with me, anyway.
I've had lunch, (although a bit late--it's currently 2:34 according to my computer clock) and I would like to do some Bible study, and then go and check the mail.
I hope that things are going well with you in your part of myLot land!

She already knows I don't have a phone, but Monday I'll let her know how much longer it should be.
