Anxiety dreams remind you of the the things you have lost.

My anxiety dreams are a plenty. I used to have this one where I couldn't find my sneakers/trainers and so barefoot but 100% sure I was wearing them and later on in the dream I was wearing them all along. I've had it loads of time. Its related to looking after mom for ages with dementia and not being able to go anywhere, let alone travel. Moms gone now and so have those dreams. My new anxiety dream is vivid. I dream I am at the ocean or a new city . I'm relieved in the dream that I am at the ocean or a new city I had not seen for years. I wake up and it was a dream. Its depressing. I haven't seen the ocean for years. I live in the center of England and 100 miles from the ocean. Our trains are hopeless and very expensive so you cant get anywhere, anymore, just city to city. It cost £75 ($100) to get to the ocean and 4 hours on the train one-way so you have to stay at hotel for another £100. The day out at the seaside just doesn't exist anymore. It's not a getaway or nothing and it rains a lot in the U.K. The worse anxiety dream is the one when you are with that girl you always loved but it never did happen. In the dream she loves you and likes you but when you wake up she is not there and still married to that bloke called Stephen, Rodrigo or Sven. Sven is from Sweden and super handsome.

Dreams can be weird, and I have had some that seemed so real to me that I woke up with my heart pounding. Dreams can help solve problems, too. Once, when I was teaching and had to put up a bulletin board in the hallway, I panicked. Couldn’t think of anything to put up. That night, it came to me in a dream and that bulletin board became the hit of the school. So are you telling me you don’t have enough money to come to Florida to see the ocean?

I have had that dream about a man. But it was someone I never met my entire life. But in my dream he was the right man for me and it felt good to be with him and suddenly I'd wake up. It felt real and I'd force myself to sleep back and dream of that someone again, but just never happened.

If Sven goes to the gym, I had a dream about him last night …..although , it could have been Rodrigo ! ( I wouldn’t waste a dream by dreaming about someone as boring as a Stephen ! )

Sven is a prick Go give him an Abba CD to shove up his backside. We live literally 5 minutes from a really lovely clean sandy beach Surprisingly not many people use it like we did in the 60,s
