I have come to learn that just anything can find its way into the internet and be accepted. If there is a darling food I have loved since my decision to quit alcoholism, then it is Noodles - especially the instant ones. On my weekly menu you will fid it on at least four main meals or as an inter-meal snack. I was recently taken aback when I read a blog in which the author thoroughly undermined nutritional value in noodles, referring to them as "tummy-fillers". The information did not go well with me since I usually enjoy noodles and I feel more energized after eating a small plate of them compared to how energized I feel after eating bread or scones. Do you have any opinion on the nutritive value of noodles? Do you love noodles?

Well, noodles aren’t the healthiest, but eaten in moderation they won’t hurt you. There is a trend of things like zoodles, which are zucchini noodles. They are nutritionally sound, and are frequently substituted for regular noodles. You can do the same thing with spaghetti squash.

Noodles is considered as junkfoods so it's not healthy but I won't say I don't like it because just like a bag of chips I like eating it.
