What's for din? March 19th, 2026

I thawed 2.5 pounds of ground beef the day before last in prep to make taco bake. Because there were only four of us- I only used half of it yesterday for taco bake so naturally I used the other half for tonights dinner. What culinary delicacy did I make tonight? Well, sloppy joes of course. Because why not. I made sloppy joes, mashed potaotes and gravy and creamed corn. You know gotta get that veggie in somehow. 28 g of protein for dinner. So that's what was dor dinner at our house, what's for dinner at your house?

I do love me some mashed potatoes. You’re going to love what I had. I ate half of that bacon, egg, and cheese kolache. Yuck!

@thislittlepennyearns It was too much bread. It was like a big roll with bacon, egg, and cheese hidden inside. But the filling was so scarce there wasn’t much to it. Adding to the yuck, it tasted stale.
