What your favorite way to relax?

As for me I do have a nice shower and listen to music. This is what I do anytime I want to relax. I really love this because it is a better way for me to relax at home after work. What your favorite way to relax?

when im tired or stress, i love to buy food, i want to eat, watch movies, sleep. or i love shopping, whether in physical store or online. after shopping, I dont compute my expenses, it will just made me stress again HAHAHAHA
