Late Nights and Early Mornings: Is It a Habit or Something More?

Lately, I've been sleeping really late around midnight or even 1 am. Then still, wake up early like I had a full 8 hours of good night sleep.
Thankfully, I managed to get through the day. Since I can squeeze in a quick power nap around noon or 3 pm.
It makes me wonder if this has become just a habit, or if there's more something behind it?
Maybe I'm just getting used to staying up longer than I should?
Was it the movie, kdrama, or mylot that I have forgotten the time?
What about you? What keeps you up late at night?

I'm someone who rarely gets enough sleep. When I sleep early, like before 11pm, I would certainly wake up at 5.

@Jehanne I don't. I hate taking naps as I consider it a waste of my time. But sometimes I do when I'm not feeling better.

There are times when I sleep late, especially after consuming a huge amount of caffeine that day. Haha.
