Skin lesion natural cure?

I have a persistent skin lesion hoping it isn’t basal cell. Looking for effective over the counter or natural remedy to get rid of it. I don’t have health insurance to go to a doctor.

You could call any hospital and tell them what it looks like over the phone. That might help or use the AI on your laptop.
