A Good Customer Service Experience at Sam's Club

We shop Sam's Club and order our items to pick up at curbside.
We picked up curbside last Thursday. In that order was supposed to be a book of stamps for $15 something.
I didn't notice until yesterday when I prepared something to mail out and had to put a stamp on it that the stamps weren't here. I asked hubby and he said no stamps were in the curbside pickup he received.
So I went into Sam's Club today and told them about the missing item from our order that we had paid for and they gave me an instant refund to our credit card with no questions asked. I expected a hassle or something because how could I prove that something wasn't in our order, but no, they handled it easy peasy lemon squeezy.

I have found that generally speaking companies are really good when you tell them something is missing from an order.
