I am really pleased with this
Super Uber mega pleased
A damn fine looking lovely Cauliflower Cheese which incidentally tasted wonderful
I made some chunky chips to go with it.
I wish I had made more
300g of extra mature white cheddar in this and a whole Cauliflower cut into perfectly sized chunks, all mixed in with my own Bechamel ,
High fat
High Calories
Probably not that healthy but
It tastes good

It's Cauliflower Cheese
So it's roasted cauliflower, a home made bechamel, and cheese
Grilled in the round casserole dish to perfection
Do you not have cauliflower cheese in Canada?

Seldom have I got the colouring on the top so even.
Or the bechamel so silky smooth
And then cauliflower chunks were almost perfectly carved.
I maybe could have been more generous with the extra strong cheddar bit Yvonne suggested I didn't.
And omg the Chips, wow, I forgot to take a picture but they were awesome and chunky

Aye.
I have done so for 60 odd years
Probably will still like it when it's all mushed up and fed to me when I am old and infirm
