How do you handle a begger with choice?

I was going to work when I met this woman begging on the street with her children. She said I should help her with money, I too pity on her and helped her with some money. She told me it was too small, I added extra for her and she didn't even say thank you. She came the following day, knocking on my door asking me for money, I was wondering how she knew my house. I gave her some money and she told me it won't be enough for what she wants to purchase so I added extra money for her and she left. She kept doing this almost everyday. But this last one she did really annoyed me the most. she came asked me for money in a very harsh tone assive was owing her, and she doesn't even ask for it in a polite manner. What do you think I should do? Keep giving her any amount she request for? Have you ever met a begger with choice?
