Have you ever found insect or any other bad stuff inside a fast food order?

There are growing cases of people finding bad stuff inside their ordered foods especially from fast food restaurants. Sometimes, hair, small insect and food components may be discovered in foods. Have you ever found yourself in this situation?

That's awful. I'm glad I haven't encountered any of those in my ordered food. Although I've experienced getting fried chicken that hasn't been fried enough.

Yes, especially when you order a soup with veggies, when the veggies wasn't wash carefully you'll see worms, but that happens very rare.
