Have you ever found insect or any other bad stuff inside a fast food order?

There are growing cases of people finding bad stuff inside their ordered foods especially from fast food restaurants. Sometimes, hair, small insect and food components may be discovered in foods. Have you ever found yourself in this situation?

I cannot tell you how hard it is for me to respond to this discussion. So just know I took a deep breathe to simply write strawberry…worm…salad…now defunct restaurant.
