Happy Friday

Happy Friday myLotters. 
It has been what felt like a long work week. I am thankful that it is behind me now. I have Monday off, so a 3-day weekend, and with next Friday being Good Friday, I have a stat and another 3-day weekend. Bring it on is all that I can say. We are entering the long weekend season.
I ended my long workday and headed right into the kitchen. I had some butter softening and sugar in the bowl for the mixer. My plan was to bake some banana bread-it had to be done asap as those bananas were not going to survive another day. I also had parboiled a couple of potatoes, and put them into the air fryer to bake. That didn't take long, as they baked I got some steak tips and mushrooms going for supper.
The bread recipe made more than just 1 loaf, so I also squeezed 9 muffins out of the batter. The muffins are finished, and the loaf will be done shortly.
It felt good to continue to catch my second breath and get that done. Tomorrow is errand day, and I have to be out and about for most of the morning.

Shopping!
More shopping , just like Thursday.
Same shops
No idea why.
I just go where requested to go.
But I know Yvonne was looking for Pepperoni on the same shop today shepoked on yesterday,
Yesterday she didn't believe a store worker who told her they didn't have it

You are a good husband, she must be so happy to have you taking her around like that.
My husband does the same for me on Saturdays, although I always ask him to stay home when I go out for the groceries, as he wouldn't be able to be out the door as early as I am, but he is here when I return to unload them from the car and he puts the majority of them away. He will take me out beyond the city tomorrow to go to the farmer's market to get out fresh apples, and run a couple of other errands.

@Ineeddentures It is funny that you say that.
I went to roll over in bed a couple of nights ago, and he was holding my hand. I heard him talking in his sleep, saying I want to hold on to you tight for the rest of my life. His pillow talk is so sweet, and I just fell back asleep as happy as I could ever be. Lifetime love is really such a great feeling.

Yvonne loves going to shops on the bike
Since she started getting out again her mood, which was good before despite being housebound since November, has improved an awful lot

Friend was here this morning, but got him packed off..quiet day after that just did my steps, did a minor amount of shopping and worked online. I made a poster for the No Kings March tomorrow Mine has an orange crown..how appropriate

The longest holiday here in our country is the Holy Week. No work from Thursday next week. Even the movie starts take a break during those days because everything stops here on Holy Week.
