March Bills Cycle: Sorted by Grace, Grit, and a Little Gold

March came in like a storm of due dates, stacked bills, and financial pressure I wasn’t sure I could weather. But somehow, and I mean that in the most grateful way possible, it all came together. Although one bill, I guess, was a few seconds late, or I hope there was no penalty for that. It wasn’t easy, and it certainly wasn’t pretty. I had to dig into my savings, sell some gold I had been holding onto, and lean on a few angels in my life, people who showed up right when I needed them most. You know who you are, and I cannot thank you enough. Your generosity and kindness carried me through what could have been a very dark month. Every bill for March has been settled. That alone feels like a miracle worth writing about. Of course, life doesn’t pause while you’re catching your breath. I’m still waiting on my case at the Ministry of Justice to be scheduled for a hearing, a process that requires patience I have had to learn the hard way. The wheels of the system turn slowly, but I am trusting that my day in that hearing room is coming. For now, I’m choosing to focus on the small victories. March is handled. I made it through. And whatever April brings, I’ll face it one day at a time, with faith, resilience, and the quiet confidence of someone who has already survived the worst of it. To anyone else going through a tough season: hold on. Help can come from the most unexpected places. Sometimes it arrives as a friend, sometimes as a forgotten saving, and sometimes as a piece of gold that was just waiting for the right moment to serve its purpose. Better days are ahead.
