A short reel of what seems like a series (not really sure) popped up on my Facebook feed. The title was “Childhood in the Closet,” and it immediately caught my attention. These kinds of stories are really my type. It was about an 8-year-old girl who was locked inside a closet by her own father. But the strange part is, after 20 years, she was still alive… and still a child. At first, I thought it was some kind of ghost story, but she wasn’t—she was real. It turns out that time inside the closet either slowed down or completely stopped. Of course, since it’s from Facebook, it was cut short, which made me even more curious. What’s frustrating is I couldn’t find the full version anywhere. This was all I saw, completely incomplete! It even seems like the full story might be paid or locked.
