If you are in the United States, Easter is a big deal. Not for the reasons it should be either. But that is the American Way.
Anyway, traditional Easter dinner usually involved ham and deviled eggs and stuff. But I do ham randomly throughout the regualr days, so it isn't really a special occasian meal around here.
So what is the weird Easter Dinner that I am making.
Well surf and turf of course.
Steak and lobster. I haven't really decided on the sides, but I will do that tomorrow when I go to the store. He child is actually going to grace us with his presence for Easter. That sounds mean, and I'm really joking. I remember being eighteen and being able to go wherever I want whenever I want.
So that's what is for dinner on Easter Sunday around here. What are you haivng?
