How often do you exercise?

Creating time to train and exercise can be an uphill task for some people especially when you are the type who goes to work daily and doesn't have time to exercise. Personally I exercise often like 4 times in a week but I do my evening Walks every day. How often to you exercise?

I walk everyday. Or I try to walk everyday with a goal of 8,000 steps or more.

I wish I could walk more, but arthritis has made it challenging. I used to walk for hours! And I would do karate and dance, too. These days, I try to get non-impact exercise, like swimming and weight training.

@augusta123 cold water does not cause arthritis. Arthritis is caused by inflammation inside the body. Drink all the cold water you want--it's good for you!

@AliCanary But my doctor told my mom when she was still alive that too much of Cold water cause arthritis.

I will go for walks everyday. For the moment, that's my main exercise. However, I do want to start doing some other work outs and types of exercise again.
