Light Lunch During a Drive

I was driving from Madgaon to Panjim in Goa, in my SUV. It's a lovely drive and the road is laced with trees and far away, one can see the Arabian Sea.. I thought I would have a light snack before continuing further. I didn't want to eat anything heavy and wanted to eat something light so that I could continue my drive to Panjim. I ordered chicken clear soup, and a plate of a special dish made of boiled potatoes with green chilies and a liberal sprinkling of ham and bacon., garnished with salr, pepper and chilli flakes.The best part was the bed of the dish was made of whites of egg.. It was a unique dish and I thoroughly enjoyed it.. I can't recollect the name of the dish but definitely when I go to Goa again I will partake of it again.
