i just heard this from my buddy as well...although food contamination is a very scary subject, life in general is pretty scary...and i try not to think about that too often...nothing is safe to eat anymore... cancer this, tumor that...blah...

I thought just meat had problems.And washing veggies and fruit dont do any good anymore.

I just heard about it last nite , I just hope no one else has any serious problems , they was talking about a young girl who got it and all the paid she was going through before they found out what it was. Th way the ecoli got into the spinach they said even washing it wouldnt of done any good

With all of the other food scares - Strawberries, chicken, Green Onions - it doesn't really surprise me. Doesn't take much to contaminate food. I always wash everything I bring home from the store. If it is frozen, I defrost it & wash it before I use it.
