Where can I find the book titled " How to start my own country"..lol

A couple of days ago, I told y'all how the reading on my water meter was going fast. Thanks for the advice and suggestions. I finally talked to a customer care agent and I was told that they increased it from 750 per cubic to 1500 per cubic.. which explains why it drains fast. This is the 5th time they've increased it. They first gave us a free meter that comes which one month free usage..then we loaded the card with 2000 naira. Later , it was increased to 3000, then to 5000. Now , they pegged it at 5000 but increases how fast it drains. Water is supposed to bring relief to the citizens not pain. In a country where most citizens are impoverished, this is wickedness at it's peak. Anyway, I have decided to create my own country. If you know where I can find that book, lol..I will be glad. Its evident that our government doesn't care about us
