Personally, whenever I was sick in the past with a flu or the cold, I’d sleep more and take multiple vitamins on a daily basis. Eating more fruits and vegetables & drinking ginger ale has also helped me get well again.
So, what are some of your favorite methods that help you feel better when you’re sick?

Oh let's see
I haven't really been sick in a long time
I usually just get better by myself

That's good.
If you get better on your own, than count yourself lucky.

First of all , I never fall ill. And if ever in future I fall ill, I would like my wife to give me a glass of warm water whenever I need

@augusta123 Sorry, I forgot I would like her to give me warm water mixed with mustard powder. Mustard is the best antibiotic.
Simple warm water also works wonders. You can try it and see

A bowl of warm soup or broth like chicken soup is very comforting and soothing for me whenever I'm sick.
