Using intermittent fasting to lose weight

I have been on a weight loss journey. But I do more of workout and watching what I est. But I wants to try the intermittent fasting route. I want to he skipping my meals to have calories deficit that way I can lose weight without much work. Have you ever tried the intermittent fasting route for weight loss. Did you have a good result?

Been doing intermittent fasting.
Has it helped me lose weight, yes.
I find that it is more effective when paired with working out.

@augusta123 16 hours.
Did a couple of 24-hour fasts back during the pandemic. It really helped me in more ways than losing weight.

Sorry to hear about that.
I think you should eat or drink 15 to 20 grams of fast-acting carbohydrate, it would help increase your blood sugar.

I just maintain my weight, if i feel that I am getting fat I just eat less rice.s
And I love walking.

I'm already slin and don't need to lo lose weight. However intermittent fasting is an effective way to lose weight
