There goes another one...

There's not a single day that my sister and I don't get a comment from clients who hadn't seen me for many years.
And today there's another one from a returning client. She asked if I was related to "Doc" and I said yes. And she asked how. I responded, she's my sister.
She went to my sister and asked her, "Is she really your sister? "
Sister smiled and nodded.
"Oh my, why is she more beautiful?"
I immediately turned away coz I felt embarrassed.

I think your sister is very pretty. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I’d be embarrassed in that situation, too. Wherever I go, someone stops me to tell me that I am beautiful, mostly women, and I just say thank you instead of telling them they must be blind or that I’m an old bag and a grandmother.
