Went and got the mail, which was a check from my brother, a statement from MetLife about the account my mother left me, an offer from Costco, where I never shop, and an envelope of goodies from one of the ladies in a Facebook group I belong to. So the mail wasn't too bad, and I'm glad I got it before it got dark, like it is, now. In about half an hour, I'll be headed to bed. I hope that all is well with you and that you got something pleasant in the mail today!
