Florida Highway Patrol rescues a fawn who was on a road

A police officer from the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) in Floral City Florida saw a baby male fawn on a road on Wednesday morning
The name of the FHP officer was not mentioned picked up the baby fawn who was about a few days old when he was located on a road in traffic.
The fawn is currently being taken care of by employees of the Nature World Wildlife Rescue until the fawn is able to return to the wild.
What happened to the mom of the fawn is not known.

Maybe the mom was hit by an auto. I hope that I am wrong.
