Did a few chores, but mostly enjoyed the day. Tomorrow is laundry day. Fixed my Shrimp Alfredo with Egg Noodles and peas and carrots. Did it a little different. I coated the shrimp with Roasted Garlic Seasoning and Oregano and some Lime Juice. Dumped all that in a bowl with the Shrimp and used my hands to make sure each Shrimp had some of the seasoning. Cooked the diced onion while I boiled the noodles. Put in the shrimp..3 min later Put the Alfredo sauce and peas n carrots. Drained the noodles and let it all simmer for about 5 min. while the garlic bread toasted. Sure was good. Shrimp was tender and good. Will keep doing it that way. Our friend finally got transferred from the VA hospital in Tenn back to PC. Probably will go see him tomorrow. So happy he is finally back. Gonna take a while at the nursing home, but atleast he is close enough to go visit.
