Heyyy, everyone. I’m popping in to post about yesterday and today. Neither post will be exciting, but it's fiiiine. I didn’t sleep well Wednesday night AT ALL, but I did manage to go to the coffee shop for a bit on Thursday. My younger sister picked me up to head to the gym around lunchtime. I was given the choice to go earlier, and I took it because I thought the treadmill might help wake me up. It most likely did contribute to feeling more alert later. I walked pretty fast on the treadmill. Ran for about two minutes because I need to work my way up to running longer. I also increased the incline at times. When I got off, I was tired and my legs kind of hurt, but I felt different. Like, I released my anxiety and felt calmer. It did come back later, but it didn’t really last. I definitely want to look into a compact treadmill, especially since I can always use a payment plan. It’s my favorite way to exercise, and I’m trying to lose weight AND maintain my health. But it’s also good for my mental health, so it’s definitely something to consider in the near future. While on the treadmill, I finished up Tim Curry’s book (Vagabond: A Memoir). If you’re a fan, I highly recommend it. He narrates it himself. I’m also planning to get the physical copy at some point, especially since it has behind-the-scenes pictures, or at least I think it does. I don’t think I realized it before, but Tim Curry is probably my favorite actor. I love several of his movies, including Clue, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and the original IT miniseries, and he was a staple of my childhood. I don’t know how I didn’t realize it, but yes, he’s my favorite. :) Anyway, back to the point of the post lol. We only stayed at the gym for about half an hour because we both needed to get back to work. She dropped me back off at the coffee shop at 1-something, where I did my work until close. I opted not to WFH after. I was tired and wound up crashing on the couch. After my nap, I fed the dogs, ate dinner with the family, made lunch, and eventually got ready for bed. I’m sure I did other nighttime routine things, but I don’t have to list anything. Good news though – I slept a little better last night. WHEW. Okayyy, I’m going to post this and get started on the next post. Byeeee. :)
