Oh my aching knees At the lagoon pool today we had to walk through a lot of sand multiple times. If you’ve ever walked in loose sand you know it’s quite the strain on your legs I didn’t feel it at the time but now 7 hours later my old arthritic knees are aching. I just rubbed some liniment on them Going to bed early tonight at 9 pm because we have to get up ridiculously early to disembark the ship and begin our long travel day Photo is of tonight’s sunset outside our balcony
