In the tea nurseries in Nepal and Bhutan the baby tea plants are given protection. There is a green covering given to prevent exposure to heavy sunlight.Once these tea plants grow big then the covering is taken away. Tea can grow on slopes also.

I think that is really basic for every plants, but as I saw other videos that is really hard work. Kudos to thos who do their job diligently.
