Still Waiting for My Refund

Yep, still waiting for that $400 from the cancelled cruise in January where they tried sending the money back to a cancelled credit card, then said they'd issue a check. My travel friend is a travel agent, so she's called the cruise line and asked them, again, to expedite the check and escalate the problem to a manager. I will not let $400 go - I will keep on them like a tick on a dog! It's ridiculous that it's taken 4 months already. My friend got her refund right away to her credit card.
