Mr Angry - Control your temper!
Yeah...it's not a healthy way to release the pent up frustration and anger within us...And it's not just harmful to us, it's harmful to those surrounding us as well.

Well it is not really healthy to lose your temper and not is it a way to win an arguement. In fact, if a person loses their temper when having a dispute, discussion or arguement then the other person has the upper hand. Losing your temper is also losing control, so it is best to keep your temper. :)

Well everybody gets angry once in a while....but the most important thing is to control your temper most of the times....temper increases our heart rate and also our blood pressure and is always harmful especially if you have a medical condition....

Yes, I guess it is very harmful to everyone for you can have heart attack for loosing your temper and being angry. People who is high temper are very prone to heart attack because they can easily get angry on even small things.
