NEW TASK AGAIN!

I’m actually missing this kind of feeling lately—not having much to do at the office. I finished everything yesterday, so today my boss and I have been gossiping nonstop ??. But amidst the chitchat, she suddenly brought up the 5 million peso project we’re working on. Apparently, one of our buildings needs repairs, and she asked if I could handle processing the requirements. I got nervous since I’m in Legal and know nothing about budget division stuff. All the staff there are on leave or schooling, so I guess I’m stuck learning it ??.
Hopefully, I can pull it off—it’s a good opportunity, especially since I applied for a promotion. The salary grade jump would be huge if I get it. Anyway even without the promotion, I’m happy to learn new tasks and help, especially since I’ll benefit from the project too.

@Soobinah It's great, my friend. There are only a few people like you are there. You love to explore and learn. It's a noble virtue. Maintain it. You'll go far ahead.

That’s every employer’s dream—to have an employee eager to take on added responsibility, even without full qualifications. That kind of go-getter attitude is commendable and shows great initiative. Still, it’s important to be cautious, especially with a large-budget project, and make sure the funds are spent wisely to successfully achieve the assigned goals.
