Its going to be good night/day for me now

It is almost lunch time here for me now 11:47am. I am going to go and lay it down and get me some sleep now. I have to go back to work tonight. I work over night so I have to sleep during the day or I am exhausted. Thursdays are always hard for me to try and sleep because of being off the 2 days before.

Thank you I did get some good sleep. Last night I actually woke up and felt like I slept for a change.

I sure hope that you get a great sleep
I used to work night shifts and sleeping during the day was a real problem
I hope you handle it better than I did

Honestly I am not handling it well at all LOL. I have never worked night shift and it seems as though I do nothing but sleep the entire day even on my days off I sleep all day and then sleep the entire night as well. I have been working there for 3 months now and nothing has changed. I really need to try and figure out a good schedule for me but it seems so hard. BUT I love my job. I guess that is the only reason for me to continue to stay LOL.
