I worked the night shift last night. I got off early this morning at 6:20 am. I asked the house keeping yesterday if it was possible for them to make sure to come early today as I want the bed sheets changed today. I told the lady that I work the night shift and I need to sleep during the day. As much as I pay for this room you would think that they would make a note of these things. I am not a hard person to get along with in the last 3 weeks I have only asked that they come in 1 other time and do a deep clean and they didnt even do a really deep clean that day. The only reason I know this is because I dropped a cup beside the bed one day and some drink spilled and the sticky mess is still on the floor. No I didnt clean it up because it was already dried by the time I realized it. I was asleep when I knocked it off the table. I woke up when it fell but didnt know what it was. BUT I have spent a bunch of money to stay at this hotel and dont ask for much most times I put the trash out side the door and dont even make them come into the room I just grab some more towels and trash bags from them. Here it is 10:30 in the morning I have to be at work in 10 and a half hours and I have not been to sleep yet waiting on them to show up. I have to leave 1 hour before work to get there on time so there goes another hour of sleep. The lady I spoke with told me she works night shift as well and understands. Does it sound like I am being unreasonable? What is you guys thoughts? With me speaking to the house keeping about coming early should they or just ignore it?

I don’t think you are being unreasonable at all. They need to do a better job.
