Do you want to be a centenarian?

My neighbor's father passed away three days ago at the age of 104 (so, he was a centenarian). She told me he was in such good health that he simply passed away in his sleep. He was obsessed with longevity and actively tried to extend his life by eating well, staying active, and taking supplements, all so he could travel and see the world for as long as possible. I know many centenarians share their secrets to living past 100, and many people strive to maximize their years. Personally, though, I don't want to live that long—I have no desire to live into extreme old age. Do you want to live as long as possible?
