...and went.
Now That I've seen my case worker, I can go on to the training things. Yay! (not) 
So, I'll do those for as long as I can tolerate, and then do something else. Come to think of it, before I do anything, I need to take a medication. Sometime after I finish with the trainings for today, I'll have lunch (a late one--and then maybe a small later dinner, too).
The picture is of the cup of tea I made before my case worker showed up--which went cold while we were talking and I've since heated up again. The cup says, "I'm a Preschool Teacher. What's your superpower?"
