Work done! Ready for my Birthday getaway!

It’s 4:45 PM, and I can finally say I’m done with everything I needed to do today. I made sure to wrap up all my taskings so there won’t be any calls or follow-ups waiting for me tomorrow. I’ve even been reminding my bosses repeatedly not to look for me tomorrow. I’m also really happy because I was originally supposed to take two days of leave, but since the 27th is a holiday, I’ll only need to take one day off. I’ll save the other day for June and add it to my 3-day leave then. Since my birthday is coming up, my best friend and I decided to travel to an island, and we’ve already booked a resort there. It feels great knowing I can afford these things now. I really hope we have an amazing time and enjoy every bit of it.
