Good morning, getting started on time.

Last night felt a little rough, but nothing I'm not used to. George has been taken care of for the moment and is happily watching his t.v. Later this evening, he'll come out to watch t.v. with me. I have a few house chores to do (such as emptying the dishwasher and putting our winter gear in the closet), but I can do those things during my screen breaks. While I've dedicated time in my day to do my peacework, I also need to leave time for healty screen breaks.
After all we weren't built to live behind screens, even if that's where technology has headed.

I definitely need a screen break myself. i go from big screen, my laptop, to my small screen, my mobile phone.

It's funny I get involved in stuff online and then I hate it when I have to stop everything and put on food, I realize that is stupid because who else would put on food but I keep one ear out for the dinging of my PC to jiggle it so it does not go to sleep, I think Hank my PC and I have become assimilated one to the other,

Oh I know how that goes. Some people look at me and think I'm afixed to my phone, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Having it within easy reach is one thing, but not being able to put it down is another.
