Heat wave is going and the weather is getting cooler

The heat waves in the last few days called for some concern , though, people longed for it, especially after the long winter seasons. It appears the heat wave will go down for the next few days and cooler weather with rain in many parts of Britain will come. Hope the weather remains stable.

@ogbenishyna44 Oh is summer rainy there. It is complete opposite here where rain is absent during summer.

@rsa101 I thought excess sunlight makes water evaporate and cause rain. Hopefully it will get cooler over there soon.

Only a week since you posted this
And what a difference
We had two days on holiday in the North of Scotland where it was too hot to go out.
And now it's chilly lol, only 13C
We have had a lot of rain this last couple of days as well
We had some flooding in the town centre which was funny

I’ve heard Great Britain, well, Europe actually, isn’t used to intense heat. It’s a never ending drama here. I don’t complain in winter. But I’ll complain to anyone who will listen about this hot, muggy weather we have in the spring and summer. I wish winter were more than a month of mildly cold air in Oklahoma!
