I played around with my new jewelry making kit a bit ago. At first I tried to follow the instructions, which made absolutely no sense. They talked about things like: "Bend the steel wire." Me after looking through the whole kit: "What steel wire?" and: "Use pliers to clamp the aluminum sleeve tightly." Me: "Okay, there's pliers, but what aluminum sleeve?" Finally I gave up on the instructions and cut some stretchy cord that was in the kit and made the above. I think it looks okay even without any non-existent steel wire or clamped aluminum sleeve!
