I’m just wondering when you go grocery shopping, do you stick strictly to a written list? Or are you the type that just walk down the aisles and let your heart (and hunger) decide? They say when you go to supermarket make sure you are full lol or else you’ll end up getting a lot stuffs or foods. Unlike when you’re full, sometimes you think hard what you really need lol. So I think sticking to your list is kinda better so full or not you’ll end up buying what you really need. How about you guys, what do you usually prefer?

Well
When I go shopping for stuff
I use the Notes app on my phone
I do a list
Open the app in store
And stick to it

Yes, I stick to a list.
More budget friendly that way.

@allen0187 Well, that's true!Unlike, when you don't have a list in your hand, you tend to navigate whole part of the grocery store lol. And spending a lot time looking around. So it's really smart having a list.

I order online for delivery, so I don’t miss much on what I need since a list isn’t really needed. And, even if I forget something, since I get my groceries delivered in the mornings, I have about a 14 hour window to add something to the order.
It’s necessary for me to shop for groceries like that because my back can’t haul groceries up to my third floor anymore.

I do both, I have a written list for big grocery shopping but no list when doing top ups.
