Popping on to say good night, and post about an old habbit I saw happen. Let me be clear, George's had poor eating habbits for as long as I've known him. He had always been maintaining a weight below where it should be. Until the stroke and I was tube feeding him four times a day for a year. Now that he's been off the tube feeds, his eating has been backto where it was. Although meals were more consistant. He needs to eat some kind of meal to help protect his stomach with the blood thinners he's taking. Before the stroke he'd have one large meal (dinner) usually with salad after. While he didn't do that (we ate something out of a can again tonight) he had cookies and milk as a desert of sorts. Which makes me happy to see. Every morning he takes his morning meds with a meal replacment shake, so I've been getting two meals in him a day. It's been keeping him doing alright at least. But this was a nice thing.
